It was my first anniversary when i went to Di-Mons looking for something special for my wife. The sales girl was on the phone,obviously on a personal call, I waited 10 minutes for her to finish her call. She offered me no suggestions absolutely no help,so i ordered the old standby, a dozen red roses in a vase and I wanted one rose a different color, to represent our one year together. I asked to have the roses delivered to her work any time before 3. Not only did she not get her roses at work they were then delivered to our home the next day, she also did not get the one colored rose they were all red. To top it off the roses lasted 2 days. I called and complained,but was only disappointed and never recieved even an apology.The service was very bad and the quality of their roses were very poor

I have had excellent service from Di'Mon's. They delivered a Christmas arrangement for me that was very creative and then an Easter plant that was an exceptional color. The recipient has had wonderful things to say about the gifts. It is hard to order over the phone/internet and get something "different" and creative. I have used this florist twice and both times I have had 5 star service.
